  • Your starter plan

Built from your answers: your goal, your experience, the days you can train and how long you have. Edit or swap it anytime.

  • Fits the gym you have

Tell Provere what your gym owns and it leaves out the plans you could not run there.

  • Or build your own

Start from a template or a blank page, add your exercises, and set the schedule yourself.

  • A week that bends

Move a day, swap two, skip one or train it early. Life happens; the plan keeps up.

Persevere

See your workout on the lock screen.

Your rest countdown, the set you are on and what comes next stay on your lock screen for the whole workout. One glance and you know what to do, without unlocking your phone.

Coaching Pro

Know what to lift next.

Provere works out a target for the set in front of you from what you did last time, and says why. It is the part a coach would do for you. You just lift.

  • A target for every set

Weight and reps, worked out from your last session.

  • The reason, in a sentence

Each suggestion says what it is based on, so you can trust it or overrule it.

  • Inside your plan's range

It moves you up when you have earned it and holds you when you have not.

  • Yours to change

Dial any number before you lift. The log records what you actually did.

The finish

Finish, and see what it did.

The last set is not the end of the session. Provere puts today beside last time, lift by lift, and tells you where the week, the streak and the plan now stand.

Muscle Balance

  • Every lift against last time

Your best set of each exercise, with what it was before.

  • Personal bests, called out

A new best is named the moment you finish, not found later.

  • The week and the streak

How many sessions are done, and what one more would keep.

  • Where the plan stands

The week you are in, and the session that comes next.

Questions

Before you ask.

The short answers. The Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service hold the long ones.

When can I get Provere?

Provere is in final testing on iPhone and Android. Early access opens in Australia and New Zealand first. Join the list from there and you will get an email when it opens; a limited number of people on the list will be invited to try it before then. Join from anywhere else and you will get one if Provere becomes available in your country.

Which countries is it available in?

Australia and New Zealand first. Other countries may follow; none is promised, and there are no dates. Wherever you are, you can join the list: choose your country and you will hear if Provere becomes available there.

What does it cost?

A free account logs 4 workouts every calendar month and keeps its full history. Provere Pro has no limit on workouts and adds a suggested target for every set, weekly muscle balance, all-time strength trends and no limit on what you build. It is $14.99 AUD a month or $119.99 AUD a year, after a 1-month free trial, and you pay through the App Store or Google Play.

Which phones does it run on?

iPhones on iOS 16.4 or later and Android phones on Android 7 or later. It is built for phones, in portrait.

I am new to lifting. Is it for me?

Yes. Setup asks how long you have been training and recommends a starter plan at that level. A good part of the catalogue is written for beginners.

Do I have to follow a plan?

No. Take the starter plan, build your own, or just open a single workout and log it.

Does it work without signal?

Logging does. Sets you complete offline are saved on your phone and sent when you reconnect. Signing in and loading a new plan need a connection.

Can I use it at more than one gym?

Yes. Save each gym with the equipment it has in My Gyms, and swap an exercise mid-workout when the kit is not there. A free account keeps one gym; Provere Pro has no limit.

Does it connect to Apple Health or a watch?

Not at the moment. Provere neither reads from nor writes to Apple Health or Health Connect, which also means it holds no health data from them.

What happens to my data?

It stays yours. There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking in the app, and you can delete your account from inside it at any time. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what is collected and why.
